Dr. Jacob Dagan is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager. He is a managing partner in Promed Capital, an investment group for Israeli bio-medical companies.
He founded and managed several medical device companies: Medical Service Options, BMI and Heart-Guard, all based in New Jersey. Dagan was in charge of business development and marketing of Laser Industries, in Israel and in the US.
He founded the Bio-Medical Engineering department at Sheba Medical Center and is a senior lecturer of Bioengineering at Tel-Aviv University.
Dr. Dagan holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Sciences and an M.Sc. in Nuclear Sciences, both from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a Ph.D. in Science & Engineering from Columbia University in New York.
Erella Pines, D.D.S., is a dentist with 18 years' experience in treating children and adults. During her career, Dr. Pines acquired vast experience in oral hygiene and eating habits. During recent years, Dr. Pines has been involved as an entrepreneur in several R&D projects and start-up companies, two of which have received the approval and financial backing of the Israeli Chief Scientist.
Amnon Engelberg is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager. He served as Vice President of Elson's, a company that managed a specialty shop chain in the US and as CEO of Eltan Communications, an Elbit's subsidiary involved in digital printing.
In the last decade he was involved in management and business development of medical device start-up companies, such as Salivizer, PhyMag, Calcident.
He holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Atlanta.
